While I write mainly in the crime-fiction genre, almost all of my stories have a shadow of my experiences with addiction, street life and the characters in that life. I've fortunately been clean since 1993. I know far too many who cannot make that claim, or never got the chance to make that claim. If you are one of the millions and millions living in this Hell on Earth, please find someone to talk to. There is hope for a sober life. I am living proof; no one would have imagined that thirty years ago.
